Xiangkang has specially developed barcodes based on engineering ceramics and stainless steel to meet the actual needs of gas cylinder traceability management. The barcode symbols are protected by enamel and will not age.They are suitable for barcodes on LPG cylinders and other industrial gas cylinders. Each bottle is opened with one code and one cylinder with one file, scanned and recorded, and traced back to the source, which solves the technical problem of intelligent and paperless gas bottle filling records. This makes cylinder information and filling records available for inspection and real-time summary.

If need to track the filling data,two different interaction modes for option:

Mode 1: The electronic scale transmits data through to wireless database STR30 module, then forwarded the data to the client software by communication server,and then uploaded to the cloud platform.
Advantage:: If there are many gas filling scales at a gas station, you can choose the STR30 interaction mode. A set of communication devices at the same gas station can connect 20 filling scales, which is more economical.

Mode 2(4G/Sim Card): The 4G electronic scale directly interacts with the cloud platform through the GPRS module.
Advantage:: If there are only a few filling scales at a gas station, you can give priority to choose the GPRS interaction mode and use SIM card to save costs without having to bear the cost of the Internet.

Inspection before filling

Before filling the gas cylinder, scan the QR code through the automatic rotating scanning device. The system will automatically alarm prompts for unqualified gas cylinders (overdue inspection, scrapped, non-owned property rights, etc.), and record the problems that exist during the inspection process and safety hazards.

Re-inspection after filling

Scan and re-inspect the filled cylinders automatically, and record the defects and hidden dangers discovered during the re-inspection.

AI recognition gas cylinder archiving machine

Gas cylinder information automatic collection and archiving method

The machine is equipped with rotating cameras, which are used to take pictures and automatically scan and extract the panoramic expansion of the cylinder sheild. AI intelligent automatic recognition collects hollow seal numbers on the cylinder shield, permanent QR code numbers and other data, and uploads the information and photos to the network platform to automatically archive cylinder files.
